Responsibilities
- Master cash handling procedures, transaction processing, and account services
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and virtual channels
- Complete hybrid training modules covering compliance, fraud prevention, and digital banking
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and record-keeping
- Develop product knowledge for cross-selling banking services
- Participate in regular coaching sessions with branch managers
- Contribute to branch security protocols and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with customer service aptitude
- Ability to work independently in remote training modules
- Proficiency with digital tools and learning platforms
- Willingness to obtain required banking certifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Albuquerque residency preferred for branch assignments
