Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional client service while resolving account inquiries
- Cross-sell bank products (checking, savings, loans) based on client needs
- Maintain cash drawer balance and reconcile discrepancies daily
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance (BANK SEC Act, AML policies)
- Operate branch technology (core banking systems, ATMs)
- Participate in daily branch operations and team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Proficient in basic arithmetic and cash handling
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule (weekends/holidays)
- Pass background check and federal banking compliance screening
- Valid NV driver's license (required for branch mobility)
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, banking systems)
