Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional in-person and digital customer service for banking inquiries
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Learn and implement compliance regulations (Regulation E, BSA, etc.)
- Train on core banking systems and digital banking platforms
- Contribute to branch goals for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic mathematical aptitude and cash handling experience
