Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum UX research protocols using advanced simulation environments
- Lead development of predictive user behavior models using quantum algorithms
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to translate complex systems into intuitive interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for neural-optimized design patterns
- Mentor a team of UX researchers specializing in emerging technologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Human-Computer Interaction or related field with quantum computing specialization
- Minimum 8 years UX research experience with emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithm implementation for behavioral modeling
- Published research in IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems or equivalent
- Proficiency in quantum simulation platforms (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
- Strong background in neuro-UX and predictive analytics
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ quantum interface prototypes
