Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-time data processing in AI/ML pipelines
- Establish governance frameworks for quantum-compliant data sovereignty
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning integration
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum communication networks
- Mentor talent in emerging quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, Qiskit)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computational Theory (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years architecting distributed systems with demonstrated quantum computing implementation
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant protocols
- Published research in quantum algorithm optimization or quantum cryptography
- Proficiency in quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era hardware limitations and mitigation strategies
- Certification in quantum security standards (e.g., NIST Quantum Project)
