Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in quantum computing or advanced systems architecture

- Proven track record leading complex R&D projects
- Deep knowledge of quantum hardware (superconducting, trapped ion, photonics)
