Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum annealing systems with 99.9% uptime for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing cryogenic cooling solutions for quantum processors
- Develop predictive maintenance algorithms using machine learning to optimize quantum stability
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on next-gen qubit fabrication techniques
- Establish quantum security protocols for enterprise-grade data encryption
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or equivalent with 5+ years of quantum systems experience
- Proven track record in deploying fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and topological qubits
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum decoherence
- Proficiency in Python/C++ for quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience leading teams of 15+ quantum engineers
