Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead implementation of quantum-secure communication protocols across distributed networks
- Optimize quantum error-correction systems for 99.9% fidelity thresholds
- Create migration strategies for classical systems to quantum-native environments
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Establish quantum safety protocols for mission-critical infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction algorithms and fault-tolerant computing
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Experience architecting large-scale distributed systems with sub-millisecond latency
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST quantum-resistant cryptography standards)
