Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical system integration protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Architect edge-computing solutions for distributed quantum networks
- Create predictive models for quantum system scalability and performance optimization
- Establish compliance frameworks for emerging quantum regulatory landscapes
- Drive R&D partnerships with leading quantum hardware manufacturers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, trapped-ion, photonic)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum information science or related fields
- Familiarity with NIS2 and quantum security compliance frameworks
- Track record of leading complex technical initiatives from concept to deployment
