Responsibilities

- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computers
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from DARPA/NSF
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Shape industry standards for quantum computing ethics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development with published results
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq frameworks and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience with superconducting/qubit hardware integration
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
