Responsibilities

- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals with real-world applications
- Secure $5M+ in government grants for quantum supremacy initiatives
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and computer scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record translating theory to experimental prototypes
- US citizenship required for government contract compliance
