Responsibilities

- Lead interdisciplinary R&D projects in quantum machine learning
- Develop error mitigation strategies for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum-optimized architectures
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum simulation software (Q#, Quil)
- Demonstrated publication record in quantum computing research
