Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead experiments on superconducting quantum processors to achieve quantum advantage
- Develop quantum error correction codes for scalable fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-accelerated solutions
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum methodologies and hardware designs
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics and computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in quantum computing or condensed matter physics
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing experience
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics at graduate level
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
