Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects with aerospace/energy sector partners
- Publish top-tier papers in Nature Physics/Quantum Science journals
- Prototype quantum machine learning models for real-world applications
- Advise Fortune 500 clients on quantum transition strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with low-level system optimization
- Experience with superconducting/ion trap quantum processors
