Responsibilities

- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Secure federal grants and industry partnerships for advanced quantum projects

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years of postdoctoral research
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science or IEEE journals
- Experience with quantum simulation tools (QASM, Quil) and hardware integration
