Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Optimize quantum circuit performance on next-generation quantum processors

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop hybrid quantum-classical systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of published research in quantum computing or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
