Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on multi-qubit systems with >99.9% fidelity
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation sprints
- Secure competitive research grants and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published work in quantum error correction or algorithm optimization
- Demonstrated experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum processors
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and computational complexity
