Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE Quantum journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience leading research teams with publication track record
- Expertise in at least one quantum hardware platform (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
