Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Collaborate with industry partners to commercialize quantum solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 5+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, quantum machine learning)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding (>$1M preferred)
- Experience leading technical teams through complex projects
