Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Develop quantum-safe migration strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Computing Summits
- Mentor PhD-level quantum engineers in hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Deep knowledge of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC)
- Experience securing $1M+ research grants
