Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published record in quantum algorithm development or hardware design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proven track record of leading technical research teams
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti)
