Responsibilities
- Complete 12-week paid training in IT infrastructure and security protocols
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal teams
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network optimization projects
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
- Participate in ongoing professional development sessions
Qualifications
