Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient technical support to internal staff regarding computer hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office IT equipment and peripherals.
- Document technical tickets and user feedback in our ticketing system to maintain accurate records.
- Respond to help desk inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques and system architecture.
- Conduct routine system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to complete a paid training program.
