Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization

- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Secure $2M+ in federal and private research grants
- Mentor PhD researchers and quantum computing interns

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Demonstrated success in securing research funding
- Strong leadership experience with technical teams of 10+
- Knowledge of NISQ-era hardware limitations and workarounds
