- Secure $5M+ in government and private quantum research grants
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 quantum adoption initiatives
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and PhD candidates in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years R&D experience
- Published record in quantum error correction or topological qubit research
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven grant-writing success with NSF, DARPA, or equivalent funding bodies
- Experience with dilution refrigerators and quantum control electronics
- Deep knowledge of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
