- Collaborate with IBM, Google, and Microsoft on quantum ecosystem standards
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdocs in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of quantum research
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in quantum computing or quantum information
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Proven track record of securing $5M+ in research grants
- Experience leading R&D teams of 15+ scientists and engineers
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and quantum neural networks
- Strong programming skills in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Patents in quantum algorithms or hardware (minimum 3 granted)
