Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to advance quantum system stability beyond 2026 requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into real-world systems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Author high-impact research publications and present findings at premier quantum conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum education initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical languages (Python, C++)
- Demonstrated experience with quantum algorithm development and quantum circuit optimization
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals or conferences
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ, etc.)
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to diverse stakeholders
