Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions leveraging 100+ qubit systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware/software integration
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols
- Research emerging quantum phenomena for practical implementation
- Collaborate with MIT and CERN on quantum-networking standards
- Secure patents for novel quantum computational methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum optics
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC)
