Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (10+ years experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proven track record of building quantum hardware-software co-design systems
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
