Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era hardware
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for NISQ-era processors
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to 2030-era threats
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum control systems
- Establish quantum performance benchmarks and scaling roadmaps
- Mentor quantum engineering talent in emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum systems with demonstrated scalability
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault tolerance
- Published research in top quantum computing journals/conferences
- Proficiency in Q#, Qiskit, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
