Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for 2026 commercial deployment
- Design fault-tolerant qubit networks with 99.9% fidelity
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware interfaces
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum software standards
- Present quantum computing roadmap to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface/colour codes)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic qubit systems
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum)
- Security clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
