Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant computation
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum cryptography and secure communication systems
- Develop optimization models leveraging quantum annealing for logistics and AI
- Create quantum machine learning pipelines for pattern recognition in big data
- Validate quantum hardware performance through simulation and benchmarking
- Translate quantum concepts into patentable innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing implementation or theoretical research

- Expertise in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
