Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance, cryptography, and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing architectures
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum hardware-software integration
- Research and implement novel quantum machine learning techniques
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum computing methodologies
- Present findings at international quantum technology conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum computing research
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
- Excellent leadership and cross-team collaboration skills
