Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement quantum solutions in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Contribute to open-source quantum programming frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industrial quantum system development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in error correction techniques and fault-tolerant quantum design
