Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of new computers, printers, and mobile devices.

- Document all support interactions and maintain accurate technical logs.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security updates and software patches.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new employees on company systems and protocols.

Qualifications
