Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for pharmaceutical and materials science applications
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols achieving <10^-9 logical error rates
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and ML specialists
- Secure patents for novel quantum communication protocols
- Architect cloud-native quantum-as-a-service platforms
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years experience with superconducting or trapped-ion qubit systems
