Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Monitor and manage the IT help desk ticketing system to ensure timely resolutions.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to identify and resolve network or software issues.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software operation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
