Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological error correction
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and drug discovery
- Lead integration of quantum networks with existing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to calibrate 1000+ qubit systems
- Author quantum security protocols resistant to Shor's algorithm attacks
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# with 100+ hours of quantum simulation experience
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and RF control systems for quantum processors
- Track record of leading quantum projects with budgets exceeding $2M
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret preferred)
