Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit connectivity and gate operations
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography systems
- Translate business requirements into quantum algorithmic solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development and architecture design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of implementing quantum solutions in production environments
