Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop novel quantum algorithms to solve optimization problems
- Lead quantum error correction research initiatives
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Translate quantum solutions into commercial applications
- Present findings at international quantum conferences
- Mentor junior quantum researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or IEEE journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mechanisms
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and topology
