Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 commercial deployment milestones
- Lead quantum error correction protocol development for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Drive patent strategy for novel quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant system design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and compiler optimization
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration and control systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
