Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures optimized for 2026-scale industrial applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum algorithms into practical hardware implementations
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, superconducting, topological qubits)
- Define technical roadmaps for quantum computing scalability and commercial viability
- Collaborate with government and industry partners on quantum security standards
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in advanced system design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development

- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction methodologies
