- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum algorithms for real-world problems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, quantum networks)
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum software development standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
