Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and superconducting systems
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing initiatives from concept to deployment
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant computing pathways
