Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks using Qiskit and Cirq
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security protocols
- Optimize quantum circuits for NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech research partners on 2026 quantum roadmaps
- Implement error correction strategies for fault-tolerant systems
- Present quantum computing strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or hardware design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with IBM Quantum Experience and AWS Braket
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum conferences
- Experience leading technical teams in high-growth startups
- Deep understanding of Shor's/Grover's algorithm implementations
- Security clearance eligibility (US Citizenship required)
