- Design hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for machine learning and cryptography
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum control systems integration
- Drive quantum security standards post-quantum cryptography initiatives
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years quantum research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven experience with quantum error correction codes (surface codes, LDPC)
- Strong background in quantum hardware design and cryogenic systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
- Familiarity with NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant computing roadmaps
