Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with fault-tolerant capabilities
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for 300+ qubit systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for industrial applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and simulation problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to implement quantum control systems
- Drive quantum security standards for post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with quantum simulation tools (Quil, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum annealing
