Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum theoretical models into production-ready systems
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging quantum technologies and patent landscape
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum adoption in finance, logistics, and pharmaceutical sectors
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge error correction techniques
- Present quantum computing breakthroughs to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant design
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems from prototype to production
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
