Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics

- Conduct quantum supremacy research for practical industry use cases
- Mentor quantum engineering teams in cutting-edge error correction techniques
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum communication protocols
- Present quarterly quantum roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper) and circuit optimization
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects with $10M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with superconducting and photonic quantum computing platforms
- Certification in quantum cryptography (e.g., Quantum Safe Institute)
