Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms that outperform classical systems in optimization and simulation
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Drive quantum error correction research to achieve practical quantum advantage
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and implementation best practices
- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies and architectural innovations
- Collaborate with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years quantum computing experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction codes
